UK: Annual Nationwide Housing Prices climb 0.9% in April
FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - On an annual basis UK Nationwide Housing Prices rose 0.9% in April, following a 0.8% increase registered the previous month, according to data released today by Nationwide. Market consensus pointed to 1.2% growth.
Month-over-month Nationwide Housing Prices fell 0.1% in April, after remaining unchanged in March and against forecasts of growing 0.3%.
